There are very few dining experiences to compare to a meal of delicious fresh Western Australian Marron. This unique native species of freshwater lobster is aqua-farmed adjacent to the beautiful Indian Ocean and Wilson Inlet in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. Highly regarded by many Master Chefs, a meal of Great Southern Marron will please the most discerning diner. Healthy and versatile, there are many ways to prepare, cook and present them. Our marron are farmed sustainably on our eco-friendly 50 hectare rural property. After reaching marketable sizes, they are removed from the grow-out ponds and then spend a few days in clean fresh rainwater to ensure they are in tip-top condition and ready for market.
